The STELLA Consortium has selected a new vendor for print and cash management services. During the system switchover and migration, some library services will be temporarily unavailable.
While the migration is taking place, patrons will be unable to:
- Pay fines
- Print to a printer
- Purchase stamps
- Send faxes
You will still be able to:
- Scan documents at no charge
- Pay for copies at the self-service copy machines using cash
What about fines on my library card?
Normally, a library card with more than $5 in fines is blocked from using certain library services. During this temporary transition, that block will be lifted.
This means fines will not prevent you from using library services while the new system is being installed and brought online. You will not need to pay your fines during the migration in order to continue using your library card.
Once the new print and cash management system is fully implemented and operating properly, patrons will be able to settle their outstanding balances.
Once the new system is up and running, you’ll have more ways to pay for printing and copying:
