Friday | 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
- We recommend that you call first to verify that we can notarize your document.
- There is a limit of 3 notarized pages per appointment.
- The document must be in English and the signer must be able to communicate with the Notary in English. A translator cannot be used.
Before you come to have your document notarized:
- Bring a driver’s license. If you do not have a driver’s license you may use a passport, a non-drivers ID or a United States military ID card. All ID’s may not be expired more than three years.
- Fill out all of your paperwork completely EXCEPT for your SIGNATURE. If your document is already signed, you will be asked to re-sign your name in front of the Notary.
- Check to see if the document requires witnesses’ signatures. If the document requires witnesses’ signatures in addition to yours and the Notary’s, you need to bring your own witnesses and they each need identification.
Please be advised we do not notarize any documents pertaining to the following:
Advanced Directives | Oaths |
Custody documents | Power of Attorney |
Divorce papers | Prenuptial Agreements |
Estates | Real Estate |
Healthcare Proxys | Trusts |
I-9 Forms | Vital Records |

Also, we do not notarize any paperwork pertaining to Passport, Visa, Green Card or Citizenship applications. Additionally, we do not notarize any type of PHOTOCOPIED documents that need to be certified as true copies. If you have a document that we notarize, but the signer cannot be present due to health or medical issues, please call our At Home Services team at (732) 521-5000 x135 to see if they can notarize the document in the person’s home.
