This program is specifically designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels among older adults by teaching participants to view falls as controllable, setting goals for increasing activity levels, making small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance. This free class will take place 2 times per week for 4 weeks. Presented by RWJ Barnabas Health. Must attend all sessions. Attendees will receive incentives for participation.
