IRS Tax Forms at the Library

  • Form 1040 and Form 1040-SR booklet are available inside the Library and upon request at the Drive-Thru Window, while supplies last. Limit of 2 forms and 1 instruction booklet per person.
  • All other federal forms can be printed, either by scheduling an appointment to use a computer or by scheduling a curbside appointment. Please call or visit the Reference Desk to inquire about printing specific forms, and to schedule a pick up.
  • Payment for printing: Prints are $0.10 per page. If you are picking up your forms at the Drive-Thru Window, Staff will give you a page count/total amount owed before your appointment to pick up. No change will be made at the Drive-Thru Window.

NJ State Tax Forms at the Library
