Downloadable Books

Monroe Library cardholders can now download audiobooks and ebooks to their computers and transfer them to portable devices at any time of the day, from the comfort of their own homes!

Specific instructions are available based on which device or format of digital book you are using. Select from the following list to get more information about how to get Library books for your device:

About eLibraryNJ:

To access digital books at eLibraryNJ you will need:

  • A valid Monroe Township library card and your PIN.
  • Access to the Internet.
  • Free software for the device or computer on which you wish to use the materials you download from eLibraryNJ.

When you sign in to eLibraryNJ, please select Libraries of Middlesex Automation Consortium from the list of Libraries. You will not see Monroe Twp. Library in the list.

Please note that you can download and enjoy digital books at home, at work, or when you travel, but you cannot download them to the Library's public computers.

About OneClickdigital:

To access digital books at OneClickdigital you will need:

  • A valid Monroe Township library card and your PIN.
  • Access to the Internet.
  • Free software for the device or computer on which you wish to use the materials you download from OneClickdigital

To get started, go to the Monroe Township Library's OneClickDigital collection and select the Create New Account link in the upper right side of the screen, or select the Login link and then click the Create an Account button from there.

Please note that you can download and enjoy digital books at home, at work, or when you travel, but you cannot download them to the Library's public computers.
